Showing a current follower count is one lookup. Building a trendline means checking every day, forever, for every brand, so we only do it for accounts someone is paying to monitor.

When does my chart start filling in?

The first snapshot is taken the day your subscription activates, and a new point is added daily. You'll have a readable trend within a couple of weeks and a full year view after twelve months.

What counts as a mention?

Public Instagram posts and reels tagged with the brand's hashtag or handle. We email you as they come in.

What does it cost?

$49 a month keeps Allbirds tracked, with both monitors, and covers every other brand you add to the plan. It renews monthly and you can cancel any time by emailing us; tracking stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
