Instagram notifies a brand only when somebody types its @handle. We search the brand's hashtags, its tagged tab and its name, which is where most of the conversation is.
The research stays public
Every brand we track has a free page anyone can read, link to or cite. An account adds the brands you watch and email alerts when they are mentioned.
